Now Offering Boxing Classes at Bodies Unleashed!

Bodies Unleashed Fitness and Day Spa is excited to announce that we now are offering Boxing Classes with Ohio's very own Micah Branch!

Micah Branch had fifteen competitive years in boxing under his belt before retiring. Ten of those were spent as an amateur boxer, winning many championships such as 3X Golden Gloves Champ and 3X Arnold Classics Champ. He competed professionally for five years on ESPN and NBC Sports.

Micah has trained with 4X World Champion Adrien Broner and 3X Olympian Raushee Warren. Now, he has a passion to pass down and teach others his knowledge of the sport.
